Richie Ty Pike has been with the firm for 26 years and currently serves as the Firm Administrator. Throughout that time, Richie has taken on countless roles, becoming a true jack‑of‑all‑trades and a dependable resource for the entire team.

Known for unwavering loyalty, deep institutional knowledge, and a collaborative spirit, Richie values the strong relationships built over the years and considers the team an extension of family.

Outside of work, Richie enjoys being an Aunt to a nephew and 2 nieces and a dog mom to her precious little Morkie, Gabbie Pike. Richie also enjoys live music, watching football, numerous outdoor activities and staying active.
